In 1979 Dipl.-Ing. Detlef David opened his own engineering firm. Since January 1995 the former sole-proprietorship Dipl.-Ing Detlef David has continued the business as Ingenieurbüro Dipl.-Ing Detlef David GmbH. The three-person enterprise of the early stages has developed into a fine-tuned team with the appropriate specialist on hand to perform any task.
The core of our business is planning and consultancy in the areas of site development, the environment, residential water management, traffic management and traffic facilities as well as urban development and water projects. We offer our clients comprehensive consultancy of the highest standard. By doing so, we assume sole responsibility vis-à-vis our clients and provide services independent from production, trade and supply interests. Naturally, we guarantee the orderly execution of the projects entrusted to us.
We are proud of our hardware and software equipment: The most up-to-date computers within the Windows NT network give us ultimate freedom in our creative work with CAD applications. The execution and controlling of projects are computer-based and are highly transparent for everyone involved. Carefully maintained databases ensure the availability of necessary background information and free our minds for new ideas.
We use colour printers and are also well equipped to present clients with hard copies with a width up to A0. Digitalisation is done by a large-format scanner, which is also designed for paper formats up to A0.
With the help of ISDN and e-mail we are in a position to communicate with our clients and other expert planners and architects involved in the planning and realisation of projects without any time loss.
